North Lake Powell UTV Rentals
Here at North Lake Powell is an incredibly expansive trail system covering hundreds of miles within the Henry Mountains and Robber’s Roost area. From slot canyons to Lake Powell overlooks, there isn’t a single trail out here that won’t blow your mind! Make sure to pack plenty of water, extra layers in case of inclement weather and don’t forget your camera!
Available for rent at North Lake Powell’s Adventure Center are a various number of vessels such as UTV’s, boats, and kayaks that can take you by land, or water, to some of Utah’s most hidden wonders.

EACH MACHINE REQUIRES A $1000 DEPOSIT UPON RENTAL AND A $33 INSURANCE ADDENDUM

Yamaha Wolverine RMAX4 1000 R-Spec

Proven in power and comfort, two Yamaha Wolverine 4-seaters are available for rent. The RMAX4 are a great choice for Full Day Guided Tours or 8 Hour rentals due to their super comfortable seats, extra cargo space for your passengers, gear or rockhounding collection and all-around capability. Built for power, these UTV’s feature:

RZR XP 1000 Sport White Lightning

These UTV’s also have a 4WD switch and paired with Low Gear can take you to places you’d never imagine possible! On a full tank of gas, you can get upwards of 120 miles before needing to refuel. That makes for an awesome full day rental! The Polaris RZR has much faster acceleration than the previously mentioned Wolverine RMAX and can reach speeds of up to 65mph without any upgrades to the UTV. Known for their suspension engineering and crawling capability, the Polaris RZR XP is our top choice when looking to get into those hard-to-reach places. With upgraded tires, our RZR’s will give you the clearance and tread needed to get to some of the most amazing sights around. We have two 4 Seaters available under the “Base Tier” Tier of rentals and one 2-Seater available under the “Top Tier” Tier of rentals.

Coming in first as the most sought-after option, our Honda Talon is quite the UTV. Featuring your choice of Automatic Transmission or Manual Paddle-Shift, this machine defines luxury in the sense of off-roading. This UTV really makes you feel like you’re driving around a track with its racecar-like seats and acceleration. You can find this option under our “Top Tier” of rentals.
Guided Tours
When it comes to Guided Tours, you have your choice of any of the UTV’s mentioned above, or you can ride along with the guide if you are uncomfortable driving one yourself. Guided Tours can be chosen as a Half Day Guided Tour or as a Full Day Guided Tour.
Guided tours are customizable to fit the interests of the participating guest(s). Do you want to see incredible views of the Waterpocket Fold? Would you like to see petroglyph sites? Are you a rockhound and want to find some amazing agate or petrified wood? Most of the trails, with these interests in mind, start right here at Ticaboo Lodge and are within easy reach of basecamp. We have trails that can be trailered to as well, some of which you can find views, petroglyphs and petrified wood all in one trip such as Poison Springs Trail. This trail also has a lot of outlaw history, being that it is located in the heart of the famed Robber’s Roost.
Prices for Guided Tours start at $300. Tours consist of your allotted time spent with, or following, your guide for an informational and interpretive trip through history of the Henry Mountain/Robber’s Roost area. You are guaranteed to come back from your trip with a wealth of new (or really old, depending how you look at it) information about the history of this area. You may even score some really pretty rocks or ancient fossils to take home as a souvenir.
